Anthropologie necklace

Wow I am on a posting roll tonight! That's what I get for taking a nap earlier in the day today, it was truly a lazy Saturday but I enjoyed it! I go back to work tomorrow. Picked up this necklace today. I usually hate paying Anthropologie's outrageous prices, but I adore this necklace. I really need a new camera, or at least I need to be better at taking photos. Sorry for the bit of blurriness. The color of the stones are a bit less yellow in real life, more of a creamy color with a hint of sunniness. The necklace ties in the back, the "string" is made out of a jersey type material. It's a bit bold but I've been loving statement necklaces lately.

Matt Bernson Love Sandals

I posted back in March that I really wanted the Matt Bernson Love Sandals, but they were too rich for my blood at $125. This weekend at Off 5th Saks, I found them in black for $60! They were on sale for $90, but I had a 40% off of one item coupon. I am so excited, they are so comfortable. I think they are a great alternative to my plain Rainbow leather flipflops. The soles are a bit padded too which makes them feel amazing on the foot.

What Happens in Vegas

Just got back from a vacation in Las Vegas with my family! It was great to see everyone and spend some quality R&R with them. Did lots of lounging by the pool, eating at the great buffets and restaurants, and lots of window shopping. I did manage to pick up one souvenir, a pale horn Michael Kors watch that I've had my eye on for awhile. You will probably see it in future OOTDs, I am obsessed and am planning on wearing it with everything. 

I feel like I was definitely more adventurous with my daily outfits in Vegas. Anything goes in Vegas, that's what I kept telling my sisters when I felt a bit self-conscious about what I was wearing. I will post photos soon, most of the pictures are on my sister's camera, I am just waiting impatiently for her to upload them. 

I Think Your Tractor's Sexy

Wore this to the Kenny Chesney concert last friday! Had an amazing time, both Lady Antebellum and Miranda Lambert were great! I loved this outfit because it was comfortable, lightweight for the humid summer weather we've been having lately, and I thought the plaid lent some country flair =)

Toldya I'm obsessed with this blazer! Wore this to my last final for the semester and then shopping! Picked up a couple of things from another M+O store (that the store I work at didn't have) and then bought some cropped jeans from Madewell! I went in with the intention of buying one pair, but the SA told me that there was a secret sale and all of these were only $40! So of course I bought 2 pairs. Shop-lite FAIL for me.

I am obsessed! I have seen this blazer at Madewell before, but it was full priced. Of course I go back a week or two later and it's on sale (unfortunately the extra 25% off had ended, but I still used my 15% off student discount). I couldn't resist, this is my favorite shade of blue ever. I am going to wear it over everything this summer. 

Wore it last night to a casual dinner with yellow plaid Madewell scarf, M+O watercolor graphic tee underneath (that you can't really see), Seven for all Mankind jeans from years ago (don't even know what style name they are), and my trusty black patent Target sandals. The clutch is a pink patent M+O. 

I kind of feel like a hobo clown but I still love it!!

Floral Maxi Dress

Yes, another outfit photo! I had a backlog of outfits on my camera, have been super busy with school winding down and lots of hours at work. This is one of my favorite new summer dresses, from M+O. It has pockets! I paired it with a navy J.Crew ruffle cardigan and my target sandals.

Summer Brights!

 

Am very into bright vivid colors this summer. Bright yellow is one of my favorites, I am wanting everything in this color! Paired a super soft Madewell pocket tee with my M+O slim jeans I'm obsessed with, my Target sandals (of course), and a bright green beach jacket from M+O. I love this rumpled and worn fabric it comes in, my cargo pants are the same material. <3

Rainy Day OOTD
