Please Keep Off Grass

What I'm wearing:
*Zara Bow Top (similar here)
*Zara Mini Skirt (similar here)
*H&M Patterned Tights (similar here)
*Frye Lisa T-strap Mary Janes (similar here)
*Louis Vuitton Monogram Speedy 30

Red is such a festive color, I decided I needed a bright skirt to wear during the holidays! I do love bright colors, but I usually shy away from bright red since I prefer richer burgundy and cranberry shades, not so much the "in your face" red like this skirt.

Pairing this bright red with neutrals like nude and black toned down the look a bit. I love anything with bows on it, so I love this blouse so very much.

I worked really hard this weekend on a massive closet clean-up. I really wanted to put away some items that I just knew I wouldn't reach for this coming winter. They will go into storage boxes until they are ready to be worn again! It feels really good to get some more room in my closet and drawers, I was feeling a little cramped with all of my stuff.

So excited that this week is a short week! I'm not going home for Thankgiving but will be spending some quality time with M, and having dinner over at a girlfriend's. Very, very excited about this!

  1. Really love the colors in this outfit! That red skirt is really great!!

  2. I love this outfit! Nice backdrop too :)

  3. I love the red in that skirt and the neutrals definitely tone it down. I also am drooling over your bag! That top is beautiful and must be worn A LOT!!!

  4. This outfit is so cute! That top looks adorable with that bright red skirt. You look so pretty!

  5. I love this! I always want to wear red, but it's just too much around my face. I think pairing a bright red bottom with a neutral top is the way to go, and this tan shade is so much softer than a predictable black shirt. I'll have to try this pairing!

  6. This is such a cute outfit! Your hair also looks really nice in these photos.

  7. You look great and perfect for this time of year.

  8. i love the bright red skirt and it's perfect for this festive time of year! you paired it perfectly with dark tights and shoes and a beautiful neutral top. and i need to organize my closet this weekend too!

  9. Omg that bow top is darling and the color makes it feel awesomely vintage. The bright red skirt is fantastic- eye catching and totally hot!

  10. Excellent combination ~ I love the neutral top with the bright red and the stark black. You look so chic! I pray every night for the fashion gods to drop a Zara store in my such luck so far. :( They have some of the cutest clothes! ~
