I love quirky animal prints, if you didn't know that already from reading my blog. I love the bright kelly green of this dress, perfect for eating lunch outside no?
Lately I've been experiencing something I haven't experienced in a long time. I haven't been that interested in shopping! Well I've been making a bigger effort to get dressed and blog about it, but I have definitely been shopping less both in person and online. Not that I've lost interest in clothes all together, but I think I've become distracted by other things going on in my life. I'm really enjoying living in New York City and everything the city has to offer. So much to explore, I feel like even if I lived here for the rest of my life I could never experience everything. Life is good. =)
Savannah just can't resist trying to sneak into my photos!
Those shoes are a great pop of color, and I love that belt with the dress!

Love yellow and green together! And that belt is a great find.
ReplyDeleteYou totally rock that dress! I tried it on a bunch of times but I could never carry that look off the way you can.
ReplyDeleteI'm feeling the same thing in regards to shopping, just no so excited. I love you in Kelly green and the yellow shoes are perfect. Savanah is the sweetest! I miss NYC.
ReplyDeleteSometimes I fall into a lull where I just don't feel like shopping, too. Nothing looks good. But then I come out of it and start to feel a spring in my step again!
ReplyDeleteThe pattern on the dress is so cute!

This is so flattering, especially with the belt cinching your waist. I love the yellow shoes with this outfit, it's a perfect accent piece.
ReplyDeleteI'm surprised that you haven't been shopping with so many stores in NYC, but there are times when shopping just isn't a priority and there will be plenty of cute stuff available when the shopping bug hits again.
Love that last pic. Savannah is too cute!
This dress is looks perfect with the belt! I wore mine with yellow shoes and just think it's a pair meant to be!!
ReplyDeleteGreat outfit! I love that dress on you. Tell me about the shoes....I've been thinking about getting a pair. Do you find them comfortable?
ReplyDeleteHi! I've been following your blog for a little while but this is my first post. Your comments about shopping today inspired me, because I sometimes feel as though shopping is a creative outlet, and other times as though it's a substitute for more important things that aren't happening in my life just then. I wonder if you feel the same way? I noticed how aglow your face looks in the pix today; really happy and healthy and beautiful. Is it your new exercise program? Is it loving life in NYC? Anyway, it's a fantastic thing! Beth
ReplyDeleteWhat a CUTE print!
ReplyDeleteThis photoshoot looks amazing, Rosa! And I think you are just as fashionable as ever. If you can teach me whatever it is that might make me disinterested in shopping for a bit, I'd be grateful forever.
