This Old Guitar & My Dark Sunglasses

What I'm wearing:
*anthropologie Grecian Jersey Dress (not it's real name, i don't even remember when it's from!) (similar here and here)
*anthropologie Tangled Treasure Sandals
*Fendi Logo Purse (similar here)
*Forever 21 Sunglasses (similar here)

I feel very straight up Grecian in this outfit. I think it's the combination of the drapey dress with the woven sandals. This dress is a few years old but I still love it! This is something I had left at home at my parents' house, found it in my closet last time I was home, and made sure to bring it with me. I was obsessed with this cobalt color at one point (still mildly obsessed with it now) and I just *had* to have this dress.

How is everyone's weekend going? This outfit was from yesterday but today I had lunch at Vanessa's Dumpling House (yummy as always) and enjoyed an amazing ice cream sandwich from Melt Bakery at the Hester Street Fair. My ice cream sandwich was peach ice cream between two brown butter bourbon shortcake cookies. Amazing!!! Definitely check them out next weekend. (Or tomorrow).

  2. HEY!!! I just wore that dress for the 4th of July :-) It's one of my favorites, seriously. Like you said, it's older, but STILL. The color? COME ON! The fit is So flattering for most people, too!

HA! Mine is a tad bit more "boobalicious" if you will (photo: http://prettyface59.blogspot.com/2010/07/july-4th-ootd-turkey-lasagna.html), but nothing I can do about it :-/

I'm still obsessed with cobalt blue.

  3. I think that's the Grand Holiday dress- I have it in teal. Like the pp, it's a bit boobylicious on me, esp. now with my pregnancy induced enhancements but I wear it anyway. Looks great on you!

  4. I have this dress too! But not in this color - my color is much more of a gray-blue. Is it a C. Keer dress? I love it and wore it a couple weeks ago, and think I may wear it to Kate's birthday party, if I don't spring for the Marine Mural dress by then. You look super cute!

  6. So pretty Rosa! I have this dress in this color too and it is one of my favorites, though I can't wear it too often 'cause of my chest, it's a little too risque on me ;) But I too feel like some kind of Grecian goddess in it. As for the name, it's the Blue Moon Yonder Dress, or the Country Mile Dress, depending on whether you bought it earlier or later in 2008 :) (It was re-released very quickly!)

  8. Oh my gosh I was OBSESSED with this dress when Anthro carried it. I waited way too long however, and they sold out before I could really decide. It looks gorgeous on you, girl!
