What I'm wearing:

*Urban Outfitters Sparrow Stretch Belt
*Aldo Maune Suede Lace-up Wedges (similar here)
*Yellow Forever 21 Clutch
When I'm at a loss for something to wear, I reach for a dress. It's a simple solution to a common dilemma- with a dress, you don't need to coordinate top & bottom, just accessories. This embellished dress had been hanging in my closet for awhile, I scored it on sale and have only worn it once. I decided I should take it out for a spin. I think the reason that I never wore it was because it is made up of fall colors, but in a lightweight fabric. It's perfect for now because it's light enough for the heat, but gives me a glimpse at what fall will bring. Fall is definitely my favorite season out of the year.
Great job summerizing...I especially like the unexpected pop of yellow. I agree with you that Fall is the best, if we actually get one this year!

ReplyDeleteYou look so great Rosa. I found this dress on the sale rack at my store one day, all by itself, in my size, and marked down to $9.95! I need to pull it out of my closet and wear it. Thanks for the styling ideas.

You know what I love about you, Rosa? I have always loved and admired your use of color. You're not afraid to pair together bold, bright colors. It works on you so well because of the confidence you have in pulling it all together. You're so creative in your use of colors and textures, like you're telling a story with what you wear.
ReplyDeleteSorry I haven't been commenting as much, but I always read your posts.
