A Couple of Quick Snaps

I'm having a rough day right now but I decided I needed to take a photo because I really do like my outfit today. I woke up this morning to no hot water, and I couldn't stand the idea of taking a freezing cold shower, so I had to make do without a shower today. This makes me VERY cranky. I am the type of person who needs to take a nice hot shower every morning just to get through the day. So I ended up buying dry shampoo on the way to work to make myself look presentable. (The Tresemme Dry Shampoo is a miracle worker!!! I was very skeptical of it at first but I used it real quick in the office bathroom and my hair actually looks normal!) Ok, enough whining from me, here is my outfit!


What I'm wearing:

*Ann Taylor Perfect Patent Pumps in Nude
*Forever 21 Scalloped Shoulder Purse

Also, bonus outfit pic! This was taken in a Bloomingdale's dressing room when I was out and about shopping with my girlfriend from out of town. This is a very comfy, laid back, easy to wear outfit. Pretty much what I wear when I can't think of anything creative to wear.

Hope that my hot water will work tonight.... and hope everyone else is having a great day. Only one more day till Friday and the weekend!

    Aww, I hope they fix your shower soon. I just bought the Ojon dry shampoo at Sephora and I HATE it. It does not work at all. I'll give the one you mentioned a try.

    Shower or not, you look adorable. I love how you incorporate these little precious feminine details into your outfits whether it be scallops on your bag or a bow in your hair.

    I love Tresemme Dry Shampoo too! I think it works great, and way better than the Ojon stuff - the head clogs on me all the time!
    You look great in both outfits! I need to buy that F21 purse!

    I'll need to try out that Tresemme dry shampoo too. Though I'm also a need-to-shower-in-the-morning to feel myself type of girl. Your outfit is lovely, and I hope you get your hot water fixed soon. I'd be super cranky too.

    I swear by that dry shampoo! Even on the days it doesn't work as well as I wished, it usually makes my hair halfway acceptable. I have THE.OILIEST.SCALP. Guh-ross. Also- ADORE the tucker dress on you with the pumps. Great combo!

    No hot water? Aghhh! I hope that your hot water is back by tonight, too! The Tucker dress is beautiful! I really love the color and shape on you. Your casual day outfit for running around in the cold is super cute, too -- nice anorak! And I've always been curious... how do dry shampoos work?

    I just bought the same Tresemme Dry Shampoo last week! I even bought the foam "dry" shampoo since most days I wear my hair wavy. It is the best!

    I love the FC anorak---I have the same one! It's perfect to throw on over anything and looks great.

    I never heard of dry shampoo before. How does it work? Have you tried baby powder

    beautiful outfit (your hair looks really cute too!). heh- having to take a shower in the morning MAKES me cranky...my skin is too sensitive!
