Yay! Found a new place for my self-timer. =)I got this top a few weeks ago but hadn't worn it, so I decided today was a great day for it. It has an elastic waist, and I layered it over a thrifted black tank dress. I always love the off the shoulder look, and I think that over the dress, it's appropriate for day!
